The Change 1 Summer Youth Employment Program provides young adults with paid work experience, career readiness training, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities designed to prepare them for long-term success.
Through hands-on learning and supportive guidance, participants gain the confidence, skills, and exposure needed to navigate adulthood, employment, and future career pathways.
